Neesha Mirchandani: Founder


Neesha is the founder and president of NIYA. She is also a business and marketing consultant.

Neesha has a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature.

In many ways, Jacquie gave NIYA life. She is the spirit who created NIYA's colorful and vibrant identity. We joke around here - Jacquie will soon be a famous artist whose work sells for thousands of dollars (Jacquie Says: "CHA! YEAH RIGHT!") - and we can brag about the fact that she started her career with us! An extremely talented woman, Jacquie is a visionary whose intelligence and creativity surpass that of any Art Director or Creative Director at any leading ad agency (and we've worked with enough of them!).

Jacquie is mostly a self-taught artist (no kidding!). She decided that Harvard and Yale didn't have what she needed to learn - so she went out in the world looking for it. By some karmic connection, she bumped into Neesha and ended up becoming an integral part of NIYA.

She also does custom artwork, logos and designs for her clients. She lives in New Jersey with her boyfriend Jay and cat Charlie and is currently studying and following Wicca. [more information that you wanted right?]. Oh, and she loves Halloween and witches and spooky stuff. So if NIYA turns into a pumpkin and disappears come Oct 31st, you know who's responsible. Note, the site is already turning pumpkin. Sigh! Jacquie's outta control!
